User programming of internal FLASH is done through through the Serial Communnication Interface or by JTAG connections to host. NMIN-2106-USB-1 is a very cost effective solution.

NMIN2106-USB DevKit Plus
DevKit Plus - Includes one NMIN2106-USB board, serial and USB cables, plus an MPE VFX Forth ARM Cross Compiler and all source code for the on-board Forths for the NMIN2106, TiniARM and MPE USB Stamp. The compiler is limited to 120k of code and 64k of RAM. This compiler generates code that is much faster and significantly smaller than the code produced by the on-board Forth's compiler. A rebate of GBP 75.00 is available when upgrading to the full version of the cross compiler.
